To show our support for the local Glasgow community, we partnered with Motivate Nutrition to raise money for the Community Relief Fund, an organization that provides essential household items to those who need it in Barren County. You can donate by attending our $5 cardio drumming class hosted by Shardai Embry. After class, you can see one of our therapists for a complimentary injury screening and refuel with shakes and teas for purchase. We hope to see you there!
