This year, Glasgow Parks and Recreation has partnered with The Grove in Glasgow to put on the coolest Halloween Fest! Friday, October 28th from 6-8 PM, free for everyone! Come on out and participate in costume contests (newborn – 10 years old), trick-or-treating, and a $5 voucher to Ralphie’s Fun Center!
