Pelican’s SnoBalls GRAND OPENING

Come celebrate our Grand Opening with us. We will have giveaways, special events and of course SnoBalls!
Join us Friday at 11:00am for our Ribbon Cutting with the Chamber of Commerce.
Then starting Saturday at noon we will have a FROZEN bounce house (weather permitting), face painting and more!
And of course we will still have our fun games and music!
