The theme for the Spring Virtual Art Show is “My Rural Home.” Celebrate the small town/rural flavor of our community in your favorite medium—paint, pencil, photography, collage, diorama, etc.—then take a good quality photo of your piece (unless it already is a photo!) and send it to the library at atollison@weldonpubliclibrary.org. Along with your artwork, please send the title of the piece, a description and a short bio of the artist. This virtual art show is open to artists of all ages and artistic levels. All artwork is due by March 12.
The library will create a slideshow of all entries which will be posted on YouTube on March 22. Entries may also be shared individually on our Facebook page at various times.
